It’s normal to be particular about the cream within a chou a la crème (cream puff). The crunchy textured pastry of the new Croquant Chou,came from the idea of “making the outside pastry more delicious”.

HOW TO EAT

The crunchy texture of the fresh baked Croquant Chou is at its best when enjoyed immediately. If you prefer to take them home, they can be reheated by the following steps.

  1. 1.Pre-heat your oven toaster (2-3 min)
  2. 2.Turn power off and place the Zaku Zaku inside,on a sheet of aluminum foil
    Placing on aluminum foil prevents the custard from melting onto the toaster
  3. 3.Heat with the power off for 30 sec to 1 min
    Enjoy the crunchy texture and cool cream by heating with the power off.Refrigerate and enjoy within the day of purchase.
